How does the transaction counting work?
Transactions include all sales orders, refunds, and adjustments processed through Net Amount. The Pro plan includes 250 transactions per month. Additional transactions are billed at $10 per 100 transactions.
What counts as an automated tax filing?
Each state tax return filed on your behalf counts as one filing. The Pro plan includes 1 automatic filing per month. Additional filings are $35 each. You can also prepare returns yourself at no extra charge.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, unused transactions and filing credits do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle starts fresh with your plan's included allowances.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
